I truly believe that life is meant to be lived at its greatest potential and we are all born with an innate intelligence to adapt to our environment. It just doesn’t need any interference!

Along my chiropractic journey, I learned how chiropractic is a lifestyle in itself and how it respects the body’s self-healing capabilities by influencing the nervous system. Chiropractic was absolutely the right path for me because I have always had a passion to help women and children.

Chiropractic Education
With a degree in Bio-Medical Pre-Med, I knew there was more that I needed to learn to better serve families. Attending Southern California University of Health Sciences, provided hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the human body. The intelligence that lays within the body is infinitely miraculous and applying this concept during a child’s growth is critical.

As a driven student, I wanted to learn all there is to know about helping families achieve health and wellness. In this pursuit and vision, I became a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and am Webster Certified. I have extensive knowledge and awareness of what it takes to care for women, soon-to-be mommies, pregnant mothers, experienced mothers and their children.

Health and Wellness Lifestyle
​​In order to be well, we need to think well, eat well and move well! The ultimate driving machine lives in our central nervous system and to keep this running smoothly, I apply regular chiropractic adjustments as part of my routine health maintenance. I enjoy grounding, running, hiking, and cooking nutritious foods. When I know my body needs that extra 10%, I boost my immune system with an adjustment.

The body heals from above down, and inside out. Our goal is to do everything in our power to enable this perfect process, without the use of outside stimulants or suppressors.
